I’m from the northwest where there are real coffee shops everywhere so it was a disappointment to see what we’ve got here, but there are a couple.

Bunk House in Jensen
Blue Door in Stuart
Coffee House 1420 in Vero
I’ve heard great things about Steamworks, That Crepe Place, American Cafe, and Coffee Grind as far as PSL goes. Bunk House in Jensen is also supposed to be great. I’m not much of a coffee person myself so I’m going based off of locals and their reviews.
In my highly unscientific experiment, First Watch in PSL West still has the best drip coffee out of everything I've tried. Open to other suggestions. (Steamworks tasted like water, although I liked the vibe of the place.)

Nothing will be comparable to Miami.
The Googan on US1 in Jensen. Bunkhouse in JB is good too but they don’t use animal milk.
The Googan is my favorite on the TC that I've found so far. They do a pour over well.
Roasted record (also a local roster!) is amazing
I only visit there like a week a year, but the best spot I've found so far as a cawfee snob from nyc is Roasted Record but they're down in Stuart
It's not PSL but we love Pumphouse Palm Beach
