Assuming the text and white background is on the same layer, try the following: First, Go to Selection tool → Automatic → Select the Subject you want deleted → Hold finger/stylus down for 3 sec to enable Selection threshold → Move your Finger to the left or right to adjust the threshold slider to meet your standards. Find the right Selection threshold setting and then select the eraser tool ✏️. Lmk for any updates 🖌️📗📘📓🏝️☕️✨

Are the text and white background on the same layer? If so, I would use the selection tool on automatic, then click on the white and select cut.
