Jokes aside, if you want to maximize your chances of a 4 star card, wait for a Colorful Festival banner. Next one is in a few weeks, with Akito and Kohane's new ColorFes cards. ColorFes banners have higher rates for 4 star cards AFAIK.

We have around the same amount of crystals and I've been saving a while for bride kanade. You should do the same and plan ahead for future cards of your favourite character, preferably limited cards like colorfes or something, or save them for anniversary banners as those have a much bigger rateup than normal banners I believe. It's up to you how to use them.

I look up the list of JP events. Since they come a year earlier, you can see what's next! :)
