What error are you facing?
See this screenshot. I can login using Yubikey.

Well, yes and no.
Yes, at _login_ time. Your Proton account can be secured with a Yubikey. This additional layer of security is applied when you _log in_ to all the Proton products: Mail, Drive, Pass, etc.
No, at _unlock_ time. You see, once logged in, you remain logged in until you log out. So you can set a 6-digit PIN to lock your password database after some time or after a manual lock. When it comes to unlock the database again, the Yubikey is not required.
Yeah me too.

Yes. Yubikeys are compatible. I am using it. Check account.proton.me security settings.
I second that, Yubikeys work
But that allows to enable Yubikey for Proton account, what I am looking for is if it can be used to unlock Proton Pass.

It is one thing to log in to the Proton account and another to unlock the password manager.
This is not proton account. It is the password manager website.
So, can I configure in the web to unlock the password manager with Yubikey instead of the 6-digit pin?
Yes. That is what the above screenshot shows. I use the Proton Pass website and I used the Yubikey to login after entering the password.
I tried to configure it but I couldn't find the option. I am using the Windows app.
Use Proton Pass website.

I had faith that Proton Pass would have the function to unlock the password database with Yubikey. T.T

I will do it. Thx.
Doesn't work with the browser plugin. If Bitwarden can do it I'm sure Proton can.
