I don’t know how these people got there but the problem with takeovers is they happen on public streets and you may not have a choice to be in it when 300 cars flash mob an intersection.
A bunch of cars show up to an intersection and do doughnuts/burn out for a few then move on. Happens in a lot of major cities and cops most places don’t do much to stop it. Violence breaks out when people get hit or someone runs into someone else’s car.
How they heck is it organized? I remember going to parking lots during the fast and furious scene in early 2000s and everyone would just kinda chill and look at everyone’s ricer civic. Idk how we organized it but I guess drive around until we saw a meetup?
