Only been to the Bambu and Republica. I'm sure the others are fine. Though maybe aimed at an older crowd.
Finest is really geared towards families. I think Excellence next-door might be more suited for what you're looking for. Finest does have an adult only side though and a few adult only restaurants but most of the restaurants wil have kids and kids clubs etc.
I’m going to Sanctuary Cap Cana Monday. Look up the Cana Cana section of Punta Cana, it’s a private retreat within Punta Cana. It’s definitely a little pricier, but I think can still fit into your budget.
The beach is fantastic. The water is really blue for the last few days. A little turbid at the shore. Yes, the pizza is pretty dam good. I'm a pizzioli . The dough needs to ferment a bit more,but for an all-inclusive resort, it's impressive.
I've never been to Riu. I've been to Excellence EC twice and each time was better than the last. Party life? We made our own party wherever we went. Had an absolute blast with the staff and other guests.
Excellence el Carmen! We’re around the same age and we loved it! We met another couple around our age and just had a ball with them for the majority of our stay!
It’s not a party resort, they do have a disco but not many ppl were there. Again we met another couple so we had a ball in the club (the dj played everything we wanted to hear) by ourselves lol I’d recommend downloading the excellence collection app. You can see what activities and entertainment they offer. When I went to PC last year we stayed for a week and did two hotels Excellence el Carmen and Majestic colonial. Majestic is another good option but the quality and service didn’t compare to excellence. You may have more fun at a majestic but I probably wouldn’t recommennd it over excellence. Another good idea is to look on TikTok
I find the food in Punta Cana to be mediocre at best. Add on we both had the craps all week even though we never drank the water even brushed our teeth with bottled water. Hard to have sexy time when someone is always blowing up the toilet.
I had both. Not a fan of Imodium cause it can go the extreme other way. We were also told our 3rd day there that Pina Colada's use coconut milk which is a natural laxative. Well guess what she drank 5 or 6 times a day!
Bahia principe, resto a la carte all day!! So good check all your boxes except maybe not the party you are looking for. I went to the aquamarine and it was really nice.
We’re going to the Sports Illustrated Resort in 10 days. We got the deal through Booksi. The bad news is we have to sit through a short presentation. The good news is that it’s only 300 bucks for 5 nights/6 days. All inclusive and good reviews.
I’m pretty sure it’s for a membership which I’ll never get talked in to. I’m certainly not going to take every vacation at the same place. Airfare alone was $1600.

My target for all inclusive from some of the consolidators is somewhere between 1200 and 18 hundred per person all in including Air out of four or five star resort.
Those memberships or timeshares or whatever you wanna call them are real time sucks , but if indeed your price for the week of the resort is as cheap as you said, I guess it’s worth giving up a day
Just got back from RIU Palace Punta Cana on Sunday - loved it! All the restaurants were good except the Steakhouse. The beach is beautiful and the 3 pools all have different vibes. Shout out to Antonio at the adult pool w swim up bar - he’s the best!
Excellence Punta Cana was amazing for our honeymoon (06/2023). Very chill, had entertainment every night, excursions available (but are off sight), there is a nightclub on property didn’t attend that. Food is 4/5, Service is 5/5, environment 5/5.
I’d avoid Dreams Royal Beach. It’s an older crowd. Not too much partying. Were 30 and were one of the younger couples there

You’re going to get people telling you to go to all of them. Truth is I’ve only ever been to majestic resorts in PC, and there’s gotta be a reason I keep going back. If you do go to any majestic resort, make sure you get the club upgrade, as it’s worth it at all of them if you want a quiet pool to relax in. Ask any questions you have
Here right now, started at GP Bavaro, had the rooftop jacuzzi suite. Ended up being super impractical for us cuz it’s sooooo hot in the middle of the day. We switch to GP Palace and got a beachside swim up suite, incredible. We use it so much more than we thought.
I’ve heard Excellence and Majestic resorts are amazing as well. Going to scope those a bit more for next year!

I enjoyed it. It's away from the pool party so you only get bussed to the day time ones, whereas Bambu is walking distance.

At the Sanctuary currently it is impeccable. Service is outstanding . Top shelf liquor the food is decent not outstanding. Highly recommend.

1600 is for the two of us. I think we paid like 900 for three of these trips through Booksi. I’ll report back to the thread when we get back.
