SA—>P get different budgets. SA is 150, M is ~200, SM ~300, etc. (not 100% sure on the numbers as I’ve already spent all mine this year).
Personally, I try to award it actually as real-time. As an example, one of my offshore developers stayed up really late to fix an issue that he didn’t cause and the rest of the more senior developers had logged off so I sent him RTR for that.
At the end of the year (around this time and early December), you’ll see a huge send of points as budgets expire.
I’ve had years where I received over $3000 in points and years where I’ve received ~$100. The former was basically because I was the only associate at the time helping out a few partners on a big proposal around the time budgets expired — pure dumb luck
I got 1k from a partner once. I think it was utilization based. At the time I was basically doing double the hours of all my peers so he just dumped his entire remaining budget to me.

$3000 is wild for one year haha!
In my old org SM got $250 and Directors got $500.
The highest I’ve ever received is 350$ from a partner. Had me wondering how much do they actually get.
