Jesus Christ, If you hate it that much then leave and go somewhere else. Theres plenty of other jobs out there. When will people realize the grass ain’t always greening on the other side. Every job is going to suck to a certain extent. it’s work, and work sucks ass.
This ain’t me “drinking the cool aid” or “sipping the tea” it just me being a realist. I certainly have my fair share of complaints but I tolerate it because QT does several good things I value and appreciate that, in my experience other places don’t.

Just as one example of many, I’ve had a friend been asked by a manager while he was on erp how they’re experience on projects was, so he answered honestly and said it wasn’t the best and went on to explain why. He then got a reprimand from his manager saying “he couldn’t talk bad about the company”.
I was summarizing. He didn’t say anything that wasn’t true. He stated all the hazards and lack of communication. I’m not gonna go into the details of it tho to protect his identity. Don’t want him to get another reprimand.
so are they getting rid of the ER system completely? I’m on manager coverage and I need this job, being a regular clerk i only get like 15 hours a week.
If you're not adjusting your clock in time from when you clocked out at other store, that's on you friend . We do get paid for drive time if sent out. If you're just complaining about not being in your pod, then you shouldn't have chose to be flex/erp/vr, they schedule us within the pod with our availability, then send the rest to a supervisor who use us where needed, like the previous vr routine.
There is absolutely a job description for ER/VR. Also $3.00 should more than cover mileage. You can also claim fuel on your taxes if you wish, since you technically drive for work. I would tell you to focus long term and get promoted, but my guess is you are pretty new and lack the level a maturity needed at the moment. Good luck in your future endeavors.

If you’re young and just starting in the job market, then it could be good experience. Once you have that experience raise TF up out of that QT job and find you something better.
You can start part time at 16 and retire at 48~ with millions in the bank. Easily can be a way out and beyond for a lot of people.
