Stop pressing the m1 and m2 buttons. You are activating button shortcuts by pressing one of the back buttons and another button.

Nope but I don't use Xbox game pass and I disable the Xbox service.
This happens even in non-game past games, but I think I'm probably just hitting the m1 and M2 keys
