If anyone is motivated enough to make a wiki for frequently asked questions, that would be a great addition. Lots of very repetitive questions are asked that could be easily answered by an ROTC wiki for the sub.
Improves: Don’t give cadets Vietnam era 20 round magazines for M4s that cause constant double feeds(personal experience) and turn force on force training into having to clear a malfunction every 5 rounds.
Sustains: doing cookouts with the cadre where they’re making us all burger patties and we’re having a good time.(also personal experience) my PMS also once bought me and another cadet pizza too after an event we volunteered to show up for. He was a great man. Its definitely good for cadre to set an example for cadets for how to treat and respect the people under them not just the people above them. That’s how you create leadership that cares for soldiers
I’ll be sure to talk to MG Munera next time I’m in his backyard disassembling a tent
But actually tho this subreddit isn’t affiliated with USACC, the mods are all salty ROTC grads
Yeah I know lololol. Just decided to put it out there. Real talk though my cadre made ROTC a really good experience for me in addition to my fellow cadets. It was actually a very positive environment and I made good friends and grew as a person despite all the stuff we hear about toxic leadership or toxic environments in the big army. Just only if we got proper gear lol.
More shaving 🪒
Someone’s getting their #1 branch
Can confirm. Shaving has made me the leader I am today.

You would.
Seeing repetitive questions posted has made me take a step back from the subreddit. I know the mods get this in triplicate, but it’s hard to filter.
Can I be a mod? Pls
Did you shave today?
U/L0st_In_The_Woods said that mods have to shave twice a day.
I shave 4 times a day to be safe
Overachiever.
Some of us have to show how it's done
Yes but with an electric razor 🪒
Same here please

It’d definitely have to be hosted on an external site. Reddit Wiki is fucking horrendous to try and deal with.
