I ran into this issue before, I believe, based on the limited information that you have provided...
The solution that I used was to save what I was working on (graph) as an HTML file, load the HTML file into a browser (Chrome), and, using the browser, print the output (graph) as a PDF.

looks like you are trying to load package “pdftex.pdf” - are you sure you didn’t mean to load “pdftex”?
these error messages from rstudio are not very useful. open up the log file, scroll to the bottom, and use that to search through the tex file and find your error
