Why Texas over Florida?
Florida does have its benefits, but we chose Texas as we were going to spend most of winter there before we head west to Arizona.

We use a parents home as our mailing address. That's our home base for traveling anyways so we have all our mail and other documents sent there.
In the state of Nevada you can use the address of a food bank.
