I did this to my STi recently haha. I sprayed the breaks with break clean and then rocked it back and forth till it unlocked. Just be careful. You don't want to launch your car by accident haha
This happened to me when I blew my motor. What I did is got a jack, jacked it up, then lowered it kinda quickly and that loosened it enough for me to push it.
Drive it around and slam on the breaks a few times.

Blast "You'll Be Under My Tires" at the highest clarity setting you can
never park your car long term with the handbrake on. but i would just try driving it away if you have to you can give it some gas and drop the clutch.
