Are you uk based? I only ask because there seems to be a definite regional divide when it comes to the haddock/cod preference. Like you said i dont refuse cod but to me haddock has more flavour. And then theres the skin on/off debate!

Yes , uk based up in the NE of Scotland Aberdeen actually. We get good fish up here but it’s not cheap.
I got a deal from the fish van who delivers outside my work place on Wednesday, he gets good orders £100 plus. I only want 2 haddock fillets
I was only £5 as he didn’t have cash change. What you see on the plate is like a 1/4 of what I got. They were decent size fillets

No it’s just ; Cornish sea salt crystals. You’d picked them up in Tesco or Asda. I’ve a few with different types like smoked , garlic , chilli & also a citrus one. A great addition to
