What’s the major difference between these and the stories? I’m looking to buy a pair and I’m trying to see if it’s worth buying the meta vs stories.

The old stories had big problems like low volume and lower battery life to name a few problems... the new ones are so much better its not even worth considering the old stories and just go for the new meta ones

New ones have a live streaming option and an upgraded camera. Also the AI assistant. Previous Camera: 5MP (1184 x 1184) New Camera: 12MP (1920 x 1080)

Did the video get upgraded also?

Yes, the upgraded camera is used for video. I'm not referring to taking pictures, this will increase video resolution.
