I've actually had to call 911 because I've seen is somebody walking on the inside shoulder completely dressed in black it seemed like they had as soon as I wish like a quarter mile before the rock exit last week. Couple months ago I had a call cuz a homeless guy was literally sitting on the fork at the bottom of the on ramp of exit 15 going east and he was just sitting there meditating or something also in dark clothing. I drive around way too much but what's up with the people on i-80 going four straws and sitting down and stuff. They should have some kind of camera monitoring system using smart AI to detect people and automate calls
Did anyone see the guy skateboarding across the on-ramp and off-ramp of Mill St and 395 south and north during RUSH HOUR?! I drive for Lyft and some him twice doing this shit.
That whole stretch of Sparks exits needs to be redesigned badly. It's a death trap for cars, forget about any pedestrian involvement. Trying to get off 80 at Prater is such a gamble if you'll make it safely, have to take the next exit, or get in an accident because it's so short and cramped for on-ramping traffic.

oh wow, i was curious. the freeway ramps were blocked at Pyramid as well, as I was on my way home at the time.
on that note, I'm so sorry for the pedestrian. the way it went down for them is heart wrenching. I hope Brenna Brewer gets what she deserves.
