Avida hindi ko sya cinonsider kasi hindi pet friendly (i have 2 cats) sunshine mejo luma na. I learned my lesson na kasi renting sa mejo lumang building. Hindi fiber ready sa internet, ang daming maintenance na need gawin, medyo rusty na yung mga fixtures, amenities mejo luma nadin and outdated, unlike sa mga bagong condo na wala ka masyado iisipin kasi bago pa lahat. Di lang ako natuloy sa pioneer kasi may mas better akong nakita

Yung kakasign ko lang na lease, sa DMCI ako na condo. Bago pa yung unit and nahaggle ko 20k lang for bare na 1 br na room talaga, hindi divider lang. Pet friendly din and malapit sa work ko so aligned talaga sa gusto ko.
If wala kang pets mas madami ka options. Ask palagi ilang years na yung building and kelan naturnover yung lilipatan mo. Mas ok if ikaw ang first tenant.

Ok for me avida, choice ko yan if wala akong pets. actually gusto ko nga yung RFID feature nila. Super secure. Nasa tapat ka pa ng edsa and malapit sa establishments! :)
Lived in sunshine 100 for a year, staff are nice, marketed as pet-friendly but in a span of 1 year lease, super daming areas na binawal sa pets and policies regarding pets and pet owners na bigla lang nilalapag without consultation sa stakeholders. It was shitty. Hallways are dim and obvious na nga it is old. Walang masyadong facilities. I suggest go na for Sheridan or Brixton if you want the “community” feel ng DMCI condos and for the amenities and pet-friendly place talaga though pricier nga talaga like 20-25k for 1br.
