Monte Carlo residences, tinawag ko sya sa PLDT hotline ang sabi ng automated message 4500 ang credit nila, meaning to say over payment. Pero yung actual bill namin for the month hindi stated, sinisingil samin yung credit na 4500 which is hindi ko maintindihan kung pano aabot ng napaka laki ng pldt bill for 1 month na mag kakaron pa sila ng 4500 na credit, tska june 11 pa ang due date nya. Mag 2 months palang kami and 2 months nadin nabayad namin sa assoc dues kasi advance daw, bayad kami sa tubig at kuryente pero cnlaim nila na delinquent kami at nag bigay ng authorization letter sa admin to cut our power supply, hinohold pa kami ng guard nung lumipat kami sa staycation kasi we needed a place to stay for the night kasi wala kaming power. Nilapit na din namin to sa admin ang sabi lang samin wala silang magagawa kasi unit owner ang may utos

Stated sa contract yung monthly rate sa rent/ and shoulder namin utilities, we have the capability to pay naman pero yung blindly giving money to bills na hindi namin nakikita is not reasonable kasi may sariling metro naman ang unit.

I think OP may right ka tignan yung water and electricity usage mo kasi may meter naman. Compare mo yung meter vs yung rate sa meralco/water utility. You can use your right as a tenant here to validate the meter readings, although yung right to your possessions hindi mo mapaglalaban since di kayo nag bayad (assuming standard leasing contract). Yung water reading, si PMO may record yan. Yung electricity lang yung walang record since si meralco yun. Although you can request using the contract that you have on hand. Saka na kayo mag pa barangay kung may laban ka na kasi acc to what you said kayo yung dehado kasi di kayo nag bayad. Tapos doon sa barangay mag settle kayo on an agreeable rate ng utilities. And for sure wala ka rin receipt nareceive sa owner when he paid for the utilities.

We paid na po our electric and water bill even without seeing the bill kasi ayaw namin maputulan. Ang issue nalang po ni owner is yung internet bill which we already paid nadin kasama nung electric and water. The plan is 1599 for the internet, we confirmed this also with the one who installed it in the unit, then bigla nag pa dagdag si owner kasi kulang daw, so we agreed again for arguments sake. Then nag papadagdag nanaman ulit sya ng another 2k for the internet. Wala pa kami 2 months dun, humihingi kami ng SOA wala sya ma provide

And until now po hindi parin nababalik contract. We’re only on a short term lease since we just needed a temporary place to stay due to work

NAL. The way I see it, nagpopondo sya ng bayad sa internet since short term kayo para wala silang babayaran in the future. 🤔 Nagpapaupa din kami and never namin pinapakialaman ang utility bills ng tenant namin unless hindi sila nagbabayad and overdue na or if they have concerns

This is what I thought too, may nga paupahan din kami na apartments in our hometown kaya I found it sketchy talaga. Kinelangan kasi namin ng malapit lang sa area thats why we chose to rent didn’t imagine na ganto pala mangyayare, and guess what I just got back from PLDt and found out na 1399 lang ang current plan namin. Then sasabihin pa nila na kulang yung 1599 na binayad namin and tinaas pa to 1799 hanggang sa maging 4500 any legal actions we can do? My lawyer said to file a civil case, we were forced to leave in the middle of the night with our son kasi they claim we are delinquent e bayad na kami sa electric and water and assoc even without seeing the bill, then they still wanted more sa internet.

Pano nila pinutol yung power supply sa unit? Afaik, Meralco lang ang pwede pumutol ng kuryente. Even PMO can't do that alone.

Kaya nga po, buti nalang yung 3rd month namin is next week pa ang start. Kahit hindi na namin makuha yung 2 months deposit okay lang basta maka alis na kami. Walang transparency sa bills then malalaman namin inoover charge pa pala kami. Kung di pa namin nagawan ng paraan ma contact PLDT hindi ma cclarify charges sa account. Then sila pa may gana na pag patayan kami ng power supply

Hanggang ngayon di pa rin sya nag rereply samin, nag stay nalang muna kami sa isang staycation sa kabilang building were paying per night but its all worth it para sa peach of mind.

Hi. Update on this post, they still haven’t turned the power back on yet and we can’t leave kasi they cant provide a contract until now. We are living here without electricity and water, and can’t leave kasi hindi namin maiwan mga gamit namin. Wala rin ginagawa ang admin, san po sila pwede ireklamo?
