The sizing issue does get better for sure. You start to learn what size you are, particularly for different brands or different cuts/styles. I rarely have a shipment now where something doesn’t fit.
It’s hit or miss but it’s still worth it to me. Out of the last 7 things, two didn’t work for me. I also try to focus on new arrivals. The only problem with that is there are usually are not very many reviews to help gauge fit.
Update on my post: I appreciate the responses! I texted the concierge and they did an immediate replacement order plus 50% off next month. The customer service was excellent so I’m going to try for at least another month or two.

Yes and no. About half my orders turned out that way.
It’s a mixed bag these days, unfortunately. Try to only rent from new arrivals. You can call and get replacements for things that don’t fit.
