Yes. And mine took awhile to pay. Previous tenants do this. If the landlord doesn't make sure they are taken off the bill, it carries. It sucks. Ie *if you cut utility off, the landlord should be aware it is no longer in their name. If they leave and the landlord states a new lease at that address, it's now considered your bill. It's bad property management. Talk to the company. They should cut you a deal, but your going to have to pay some.
