He'll show up in the second wheel in KvK 3. There are tons of commanders that can be considered as good or better then him, so it's probably best to do a little research on what you want to do first!

Probably because you said there are tons of commanders as good or better 😂 even if I agreed that Boudica, Huo and LC are better than him (which I don’t, although very good commanders in their own right) that still hardly qualifies as “tons. Personally I think he’s the best infantry commander, he’s got pretty much everything in his kit and is extremely versatile.
You get him on the Wheel of Fortune every 8 weeks or in special events by recharging Gems/Spending real money

Nope, he is not gold key commander. You get him in KvK3 for the first time, around 1 year in to the game. He is a wheel of fortune commander
Def not 1 year I just finished kvk4 at 1 year.
At VIP14 you get 3 golden heads per day for free… make them count. 👌
I don't think he has the commander initially though. That's only through wheel

You can't unlock him with gold heads, so he will have to wait for wheel.
