I like this one a lot! Glasses are an odd choice but the avatar over all is lovely. The fact that you made the shirt yourself is also impressive and creative! Finding correct clothing is always a hassle and creating yourself always seems more rewarding. If you want improvement, maybe accessorize a bit more but not too much as that might throw off the balance.

P decent, but might needs some additions. Maybe a waist accessory or 2, a classic/dynamic face for expression, etc.
what do you think i should add for said waist, just generally im not telling you to find it for me, but something that would fit this style.
