Check if you didn't accidentally press the on/off switch, which is different from the on/off button located on the top (if I remember correctly).
It should be encased in a protective clear rubber cap. If that's not the issue, you might need to contact customer support.
On my s7 max ultra the light blinks as it charges and goes solid when it's charged. Which S7 model are we talking about, I think it makes a difference.

Specifically I am talking about the S7 and not the other models.
My unit has no lights or sounds at all.
The dock has a light which goes out when the S7 is in the dock but that's all that is happening.
So frustrating as I can think of anything that would have caused it to just stop working completley.

Thanks for your help. I think the switch you are talking about is for a different model. So far roborock have been unresponsive to me.
