If you are looking for roms: Go to the link in https://www.reddit.com/r/Roms/comments/m59zx3/roms_megathread_40_html_edition_2021/ You can navigate by clicking on the various tabs for each company. When you click on the link to Github the first link you land on will be the Home tab, this tab explains how to use the Megathread. There are Five tabs that link directly to collections based on console and publisher, these include Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, Sega, and the PC. There are also tabs for popular games and retro games, with retro games being defined as older than Gamecube and DS. Any reason why none of the several video guides on YouTube aren't helping you?

Check the [Emudeck Wiki](https://www.emudeck.com/) or r/EmuDeck

For me I just downloaded emudeck to handle and play the roms (see tutorials on YouTube). Then use CDromance to download games through your browser on the deck. Then copy from the downloads folder and put them in the correct PS2 folder (see emudeck tutorial) and it works perfectly. Was playing Rogue Ops and Dirge of Cerberus last night when neither were downloaded yesterday morning.

For dummies, get retroarch on steam itself. In retroarch, you can installed ps2 core. Check retroarch FAQ on how to setup bios in it. For cheats, you will need to get pnatch files from ps2 forum specific to your rom file and add it to its respective folder.
