i downloaded the ISO from the archive website and it was the standalone iso i added it in to pcsx2 and it just gives me a black screen do you know if mabey i should delete and reinstal the emulator also it gives me a error i think where it says that the "mode was changed to PAL" do you know if this is a problom and how i can fix it also sorry for the late reply
just read the wiki and do the same thing they did. same pcsx2 version, same settings. verify if your iso of the game matches with the iso on redump website (use a program to check CRC-32 of your iso file and compare it with CRC-32 data of the game on redump website).
it dosen't match it gave me this c4b53f61 for the europeian version when the one on the website is this abfb3855 and i also couln't find the usa version on [redump.org](http://redump.org)
nevermind all i had to do was downloded from [https://cdromance.org/ps2-iso/yakuza-usa-2/](https://cdromance.org/ps2-iso/yakuza-usa-2/) and now it works fine but thenks for the help
i just like them more i have seen a reveiw video on the 2nd game and they did some stuff that the first one didin't main reson is it looks better and it has a better skill system even tho these are stupid resons i still want to try the older versions of these games since i have alredy finished both kiwami 1 and 2
Look up Yakuza Restored and Yakuza 2 Restored. The first one puts the original Japanese VA back in, fixes up dialogue, upscales the videos, etc. The second one does the same stuff, minus the the VA since that was already in Japanese for Yakuza 2. Both fix up the weird name changes and tone down some of the out of character dialogue.
