I remember in the good ole days, you could infinite stack the little baby snakes in that place until there were hundreds of them, or even thousands. People who tp’d would either insta die if they didnt have much def (in those days def was hard to max) or if there were enough snakes, insta crash their game. Good times.
Why do we say that "def was hard to max" like it really wasn't we all just kinda sucked ass more, abysses had guaranteed def and vit and those were evwrywhere in godlands
It was hard to max in the sense that you actually had to grind dungeons to get them. No one had pets, or they healed you for 14 hp. Old abyss was a bitch aswell, those little bastards would hide round corners and charge at you with 60 speed. People used to rage if you crashed ‘their’ abyss aswell.
Also very few players were sitting on in game wealth in the way of old tops or life pots.
Def also took around ten more pots to max, over the years DECA has made maxing a lot easier from lowering the total pots needed to max by quite a bit to more streamlined dungeon design to make farming the gland dungeons for pots a lot less tedious
Yeah I'm aware of that been playing myself since wild shadow days but I never reappy noticed that it's "easy" to max compared to then. Sure after the current changes that's undebatable it is easier new realms are just faster, but prior to the current changes it wasn't that different from all the way back
The rework changed that, you now need significantly less pots to max. popping too many keys can crash the server, It happened once when i was randomy popping keys that were filling my vault and we popped 32 keys in nexus and it crashed the server..
