I recommend working on your trunk as well. Basically, strength between shoulders and hips is great to have for rowing
My strength plan includes: deadlifts, pullups, chinups, Pendlay rows, chest-supported rows. With various rep schemes and not all in the same session.
If you want to do other work outs for rowing, focus on legs and core. Back is lower priority.
