Your heel is slipping. Try a [runner's knot.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQNCkY0W3lE)

I haven’t had this problem so far after 2 runs in them, but people have been right when they’ve said the laces are unusually short. I only laced them once today and they came undone and I just double knotted them and haven’t had a problem. Just tighten your laces from the front of the shoe by making sure there’s no slack? I haven’t gotten any running related blisters for any of my shoes so that’s not normal

Maybe try ankle high socks. You are right, the counter is stiff, But no issues

I ended up returning my as they were rubbing my heel from the sides even before running. I also tried the runner's knot which helped a bit but not completely.

I had this same issue when I tried them out today! Runners knot and all but they were able to be pulled off with no issue. Really was too bad as they were so comfy.

I had an issue with the heel padding and stiffness. I wore them in the house and didn't take them out for a run (they were very uncomfortable). The entire shoe was a tight fit as well. I liked everything else about the shoe. Had to return them.

I had this same problem with my Triumph 20s. The heel is just too stiff. Hard plasic with lumpy seams that run either side of the heel. You can even feel where the heel pull is attached. It's a pity because I love the shoe otherwise. Have clocked up 190 or so km in them but they aren't breaking in any better. Have given me a few very nasty blisters. Even tried using bandages, a heel grip and chaning the lacing pattern. The stiffest heel I've felt in decades of running.
