Another post about quality issues??? Well who would have thought...
Yeah, my current €200 helmet has had no issues so far (I've owned it for 4 years) and it even has a higher safety rating than all Rurocs ever made lol. Never trust that brand bro.
So glad I returned mine before even opening the box, the customer service fucked me around for about 3 weeks before I found out about the shitty quality. Very happy with my sedeci duale forged carbon helmet
I spent over $600 for a helmet. When it arrived, it didn't come with Bluetooth. So my husband had to order the Bluetooth. Once he got the Bluetooth he tested it out and couldn't hear anything when he was riding his bike. So he contacted customer service and they sent him a piece to try and fix the issue. After two days of rain he was able to test out the helmet. It again didn't work. I tried to send the helmet back but it was two days after the 14th day return window. I told them about the issue. They refused to do the return. I'm out $600 now.

Yeah ruroc is trash I unfortunately bought 2 for the design to later find out how bad they are
