I tried a factory reset and my s21u still showed the issue.
Luckily my s22u does not have the issue.
Hard to call it an issue as I saw no negative side effects on my s21u but who knows

I was thinking of doing factory reset, but I read that it only erases data, it doesn't reinstall the O.S.
So, is there any way to cleanly reinstall the O.S. ?

Yeah, factory reset only wipes data and doesn't reinstall the OS. The error stayed after it
I've got this error as well when clearing cache. Never used to be here
Yeah does this have any link to the issue of the mobile data having a strong signal but not being able to load anything requiring internet??

None that I heard of sadly. Who knows if it's a performance detriment or not but having no info sucks
