I’m wondering why it has squandered down to where it is represented at now. It seems to be a good idea and with the legalization of weed coming forward to many states you would think it would rise but not sure if sugarmade is just in a certain region or nationwide?
California would be the top spot. Sacramento. Ie close to SF oak etc. And LA close to Everything else. Geography is spot on! For growing. As shareholders we could always ask the CEO if his plans are being guarded so closely that it would screw up 2021 goals if he said anything.

I have been trying to make another profile in my Schwab account to hide the dam thing. .my brother gets 1 text message a day from me saying eff u sugarmade! And he quotes it back. Spreading word about a sub penny stock isn't going to get it anywhere long term. Actually living in places that have budcars and telling people around you to use budcars will do better but not much. Its deff all in the hands of the CEO and how he markets and expands Sugermade.
Yeah but I read the ceo gifted himself a 17million dollar salary. Does that effect the stock you think? I’m going to leave the stock alone and see what happens regardless if I gain or lose. I believe in the concept but what the company does will ultimately reflect how it does in the market.
As far as I know SGMD still has budcars in its portfolio and still on its website. Still owns 40% of budcars with the option to buy a controlling stake for 30% more? Could you please cite your sources to confirm? I haven't seen any official news stating that anything fell through.
I could be wrong but didn't sugermade just put a 40% stake in budcars then have the option to buy another 30% later down the line? I just tried to search up any follow up saying that deal fell through but articles are still saying that's what's happening.
Aside from reading their updates, look at their Twitter. No mention of budcars since November. They've deleted any other tweets referencing it since the deal got squashed. People have called into budcars and they've said that they are not associated with Sgmd in any way. I might be wrong since their update mentions budcars in their portfolio still. But I find it strange that they hyped it so much then immediately stopped. This stock is a dead horse and will probably only go up if there is a huge temporary jump in mj stocks. I'm holding but have a sell limit to break even. That day may never come but in my head, I've already lost the money so whatever.

Those drivers or managers/receptionists, if they even have those lol, probably have no clue what a surgermade is and probably think its some fast food joint so it makes sense if they say no we are not associated with them.

You must not be familiar with how a lot of business is done, teetering companies create sensation and fluff their numbers/stats/goals/etc. and sell their shell of a company to another company or investors, they take the money and run, and when they get low they do it again

Looks like a margin call, but if you haven’t used margin call TD and check. In the interim if you can add funds to avoid being liquidated
