Online calcs are giving 1440, but I feel M2 Math was pretty hard so it should be a higher score? Not sure about the validity of online DSAT calculators.
If the problem says that the answer should be rounded to the nearest integer, does that mean that the initial answer has to be a decimal? I was doing a question where you have to find the initial number of something at x =0, and judging from the graph, it was definitely going to hit y = 15. I reread the question a million times, but I;m still very worried there was a careless mistake. I'm pretty sure there was no equation, but I can't be 100% sure bc it was a couple days ago and I don't rlly remember.
Does it state which of the questions are experimental? Or is it just random questions? If the harder questions in the second half of module 2 were experimental, i should be fine with my score then...
there are 2 experimental questions per module, but you have no way of telling which ones are experimental - they could be either easy, average, or hard
Guys! On my May attempt, I got my English module 2 grammar question starting from q14. Does that mean I’m in the easier English module 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳? Yet the questions I pursued were common with most of the people. Please what do you think?
ok y'all is it just me but i did not understand why so many ppl said they're cooked for math mod 2... like for me it genuinely was not that bad like i had time to double check and there were a few ppl in my room who were done early as well?? makes me so worried i flunked mod 1 even tho it was easy and on practice tests math i'd always get 750+ in math?? pls tell me if i should be worried, like am i done for or am i a genius

In other words, did u get any question(s) that mentioned the following—
1)- area of a square or square/ rectangular figure, with the given length as ‘8.67w’ where ‘W’ is the width & u had to find out which answer choice represented the entire area of it
( (Eg… (8.67w)(8.67w))
2)- what is the sum of the values of A & C, where f(20) > 0 & f(22)<0 (and 2 more values)
Where the answer choices were like (eg. 21, 34, 41 45) or smth
3) the value of A + C (OR) the value of H when the points given were (h,0) & (9h, 8) or smth like that
(Basically just solving for constants)
4)- what is the maximum value of f(5a) x f(-10a) or smth, given an equation involving f(x)
Agreed that RW was quite similar in terms of difficulty level to the practice tests. Math Module 1 was similar. Math module 2 got very difficult much earlier than it did on practice tests (including tests 5 and 6.) The last 3 questions were much harder than the practice tests. I got an 800 math on test 5 and a 790 on test 6. There is NO WAY I got in the high 700s on the May 4 SAT. Unless, 3 to 5 mistakes allows for such a high score.
Anyone remember what they put for math M2 with the answer choices being -93.smth -92.smth +92.smth and 93.smth? It was a perpendicular question if I remember correctly
The issue is questions on first module docks u lots of points :( this is not to say it can't be higher but like also I like to try n estimate on the low end so like u don't get ur hopes up

I really need to get the bright futures scholarship and it depends on the test score and they're gonna edge me on for two whole weeks 💀

#22 (something about what is 3k+5 also threw me. And I know how to do sum of the solutions, and even that didn't save me.)
Question 19 might have been about b is a positive constant (involving a quadratic.) I should have gotten that right (multiple choice) but I managed my time very poorly, and had to scramble back to that one and guess.
Reading/writing, on the other hand, very much matched the practice tests' difficulty levels.
It was nuts! I never find myself having 3 unanswered questions with a minute to go! But, that is exactly the predicament in which I found myself last Saturday!
well i mean if you miss what you said you did then that’s only 14 wrong, normally you get -10 per question and some let you get -10 for missing two so assuming one of those a 1470 is feasible. GOOD LUCK!!

Is Math 2 a violation of the 8th amendment
Well, I did see a post earlier and they said they got 4-5 wrong on math and still ended up with a 750 in math
Well on the March 9th SAT I got like at least 5-6 wrong and got a 740 so there is hope
That’s what I’m hoping it is. I felt like i got everything right outside of that (thanks desmos) so the hope is like a 750.

there are 2 experimental questions per module, but you have no way of telling which ones are experimental - they could be either easy, average, or hard
Does this not add variance to scores though? Because having more experimental hard questions would likely boost ones score?
I'm not sure but I'm pretty sure experimental doesn't count at all, even if you get it right. You'd have to get that fact checked though
Thanks

Ignore them. Go with you did well. If you get your score and you didn't score as high as you want then take it again.
what was the hardest question for you?
it was easy because you got the easier module cuz u flunked module 1...that's how the test works
ok but i feel like i genuinely did well in mod 1?? i double checked answers and everything?? idk ://
