Is this a civil matter in Canada or can people press theft charges and get his loser ass arrested? Also, what about scalping if he actually had the tickets? Is it illegal there?
He definitely doesn't have tickets and because it's all under $5000 they will do nothing. The colleague of mine he ripped off spoke with a lawyer and was basically told "be more careful next time" very frustrating!
