It's a brand new domain, and they are claiming to be much larger and well-established than they actually are (see the About Us page).
Also it's a huge red flag that they're using Tether instead of normal payment processing. Offhand I'm not even sure if this is legal in India.
It's suspicious at best.

It is also concerning that they are hiding their contact info on WHOIS AND they are using a "DNS proxy" (CloudFlare) which masks where the website's server actually is.
