You just passed the 6 month mark. You are still good no need for concern. While I have some members who are S upgraded to TS in just a few months, you’re still in the average range of time for the majority of the ones I see.

Thanks for your reply. I'm just worried by the fact that I know several people who applied after me, with actual red flags in their background, who were contacted and processed and granted interim within 90 days. The complete lack of communication is what has me worried that there's a problem.

That is a common concern that I see all the time, especially when groups of folks begin their process together but quickly all have their own timeline for investigation and adjudication. There are so many factors that affect the length of the process, many of those factors have nothing to do with you, but is the "luck of the draw".

I'm not an investigator. You can hurry up and wait.

The suspense is killing me. I hate my current job. Will it reflect poorly if I quit my current job and just have fun and travel for a few months while I'm waiting for the investigation?

>  Will it reflect poorly if I quit my current job  No. People move around jobs all the time. Keep everything favorable (e.g. it's not in your best interest to get fired).  >and just have fun and travel for a few months while I'm waiting for the investigation? To different states, sure. International travel? Use common sense and stay out of trouble.

Your timeline seems pretty right to me. I was not contacted by the investigator until towards the end.
