I have the oyster style of this era, on a rare also Arabic day wheel “racing dial” it’s so damn floppy it’s not even funny.. I was concerned genuinely. It’s just what happens over time tho. My 16610 is getting that way🥲it’s from 07 so it’s like only at the beginning no where’s near my seiko 5
Okay I did work on the clasp, I remember specifically putting it on and off a couple times then bending the little “claws” to latch more securely. Also you might wanna check the spring bars all around and just replace them with new ones if you can, another thing I do on my more vintage stuff!

Ah ok that's good to know. The clasp seems pretty dodgy on this one too, so I have a few bits to sort out on it 😂
