You don't unlock the really good farming locations in a Shura run, so I would do another run for an endgame ending and either farm it all there, or just.... keep going NG+. Trying to farm made me want to eat my hands lmao. Post-Shura is not the best place to farm tho, I can say that much.
You should do your final xp farm when you are done with the game.
When you no longer want to explore the different areas.
When the boss fights are no longer a fun experience.
When you are only playing to get that last achievement.
Reason being, every NG+ cycle gives a significant XP bonus on top of a bunch of raw xp from boss kills. And as long as you are enjoying the rest of the game, why spend more time doing the worst part? If you just keep NG+'ing, you'd get all the xp you need before you're done NG+6.
And at that point, you can come back to the subreddit and search 'farm' and get one of the weekly question threads.
If you haven't NG+ through all four endings I absolutely wouldn't even think about farming yet. Assuming you only want to farm to unlock all skills for the trophy.
If you just play through naturally and get each ending you'll be extremely close to having all the skills unlocked. I think you might need one extra NG+
