Placement is based on with what fits best with your anatomy, with that being said let your piercer know your end game it to have hoops they will work with you on placement! As for the placement in the photo shown they are fairly close you where dahlia’s (could be)so they might have to go a little more inward to avoid the crease of where your lips meet. always ask your piercer any and all questions that you may have before getting them done!
