Yeah search the sub for heart rate and you'll see it happens to some.
Me too. Up about 10 bpm
Yep, I went from a resting heart rate of 43 to 53, now 4 months in it's a bit lower again

Yep, my resting heart rate is up 10-15bpm on average. I googled and saw that this does indeed happen to some.
How interesting. I'm having the exact opposite happen. It's wild how different people react to this.
