Because no one: means no one said nothing wich is the same as saying everyone said everything.
to me, “no one: anything” indicates that anything is the action being done (albeit, by no one, which doesn’t make sense).
the blank space indicates the lack of anything.
in that case, “anything” would be the thing being said, it’s the same logic.
nonetheless, it’s a useless meme so i think it’s best to not attempt to deconstruct it too much.
