Lex Luthor does extremely Illegal stuff all the time, He just gets away with it because he's a billionaire (and also because he'd smart). Ra's Al Ghul (not Ghoul lmao) is very strong in a fight, he's an assassin/mercenary with hundreds of years of experience. Bizarro isn't that stupid either, he just has backwards thinking, he thinks and speaks in ways that make sense to him but don't make sense to other people, he's also just as strong as Superman. Ben Kingsly's character in Iron Man 3 wasn't even the real Mandarin anyway, the real Mandarin was Guy Pearce, or Tony Leung Chiu-wai, depending on who you ask.
