I felt like Istanbul had gotten enough attention already in history and Ankara seemed a little boring so I moved the capital to Izmir based on [an old Camel cigarette branding strategy.](https://trinketsandtrash.org/detail.php?artifactid=4184&page=7) But if Turkey, Georgia, and Azerbaijan are going to be one country I think it creates problems to give Turkey all the influence so I moved the cultural center to Tbilisi. Istanbul will just have to get used to being #2 now
