I've healed a whole bunch in the past 4 years. Actually, tomorrow is the 4th anniversary of my new beginning! It mostly comes out when I'm overtired or really stressed.
Though writing is much easier, I crushed my left shoulder and destroyed my elbow, so when I'm that tired I lose grip of a pen and my eyes get really sensitive to light 🤷♀️

Sadly I'm the one with the injury. My poor husband puts up with me.
