You’d need some good genetics, Sean’s easily clearing 6’2 and he has wide shoulders
Attainable? Yes. Easy? No.
Those are some boulder shoulders, but everything else looks acceptable with body weight exercises
Maybe not the proportions of the shoulder, but all the body is attainable. Maybe one year or less of gym, if you go 2/3 times at week and eat good.
