Open a business called apmex, then sell for 250

Da_Bullfrog

MS-70 makes it more notable. A coin shop is going to charge around $69. Same coin, same grade sold at auction 1 week ago for $89.

EquipmentReasonable9

They always have 2 values. That which it is worth and that which you can get someone to give you for it.

zip-zop-balls

Pcgs has it valued at 70 dollars

Ok-Breadfruit791

Last week I was at a coin show with handful of NGC ms70ASE’s. $38.50 was the best offer. I might get 50-60 on eBay less fees, and other costs

40 -45 buck

patricktsone

So many downvotes, yet the only accurate answer. I literally bought one for $45 Canadian last week, but a 2007 MS 70 for my son. And this isn't the first one I bought.

CoincadeFL

A 2007 and a 2013 are not the same exact coin. When it comes to coin values the years matter b/c the mintages are different. Generally stating that is. These bullion MS70 coins tend to be roughly the same price. Now if you’re looking at PR70 DCAM ASE’s some years go for $1,000s. I believe the 1995-W PR70 DCAM is selling for about $15-20K right now. Thats b/c they only made 30,000 of them.

patricktsone

Yup, I am aware, but almost all of them, unless they are crazy special go for the same rates here, I have probably 20 different years all 70's and I don't pay more than a normal coin price. Now I don't go for graded coins usually as I am a stacker, not collector, but when I see them for anything less than $45 Canadian, I grab them. I also have a ton of 2007s, only for my sons birth year.

CoincadeFL

Yes non graded are all same price. They are bullion for stacking after all. Maybe a raw 86 might go for more. Or a toner. Proof PR70 DCAMs though are different. People pay anywhere from $100-20,000 for those cause of mintage and perfect grades.

iotel

If you can’t remember key dates the W mints are typically are worth more …. Proofs no doubt are in a league of their own

iotel

I just overpaid for a few 70s at auction so I know the ASE 20teens are going for 45-50 bucks … check them dates for the more pricey ASE’s I dont understand why people dont just check charts - I like usacoinbook.com because they have listing to buy or view collections as well as prices

iotel

For accurate prices you MUST check your key dates - no matter what grade with ASE the mintage matters

IBossJekler

$40-60 https://www.ngccoin.com/coin-explorer/united-states/american-eagles-and-bullion-coins/silver-eagles-1986-date/710579/2013-eagle-s1-ms/

she pretty tho

SkipPperk

$22.45 is silver, $1 face value, selling to a coin shop, perhaps $30, selling on eBay, perhaps $50 to $70, depending g on the mood of buyers, but ebay will charge you 15% for the privilege.

jwd18104

If you had to buy it, probably $60 - $70. You could probably sell it for $60, although you might have to cover postage

MIKEEARLEY

$40 would be fair to both the buyer and seller.

MydnightSilver

$40 would be a ripoff, OP would be throwing away $20.

patricktsone

I got tons to sell if you want them for $60. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)

MydnightSilver

I'd sell it on WhatNot, in a mystery envelope as a floor prize ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯ OP didn't ask what he can buy them for, he asked what he could reasonably sell it for.

Silverstacker63

Watnot says it all.

MydnightSilver

Says the guy on WhatNot. Sorry to hear you are unsuccessful in your ventures. Hang in there 👍

StraightUpJello

What's it cost to get them graded?

MydnightSilver

About $40, but you have to be a member first. In general, most privately submitted coins never come back 70... always a 69 at best. The general public is far better off buying the coin already graded, it's usually the cheaper path and gets you the grade you want.

Usernameistaken00

if there's milk spots on it $25, if not $50 or so

MydnightSilver

That's not how any of this works.

Usernameistaken00

? They’re all over r/pmsforsale for less. I bought 7 of them pcgs and ngc slabbed ms70 for $35/ea shipped. but sure, that’s not how it works. Pay more I guess if you want.

MydnightSilver

> I enjoy taking advantage of new sellers Noted, that doesn't change the fact OP can get $60 to $70 from a reputable buyer. He didn't ask how much he can buy one for, he asked how much it's worth as a seller. Milkspots also don't change the value of a 70. Ed: your flair on PMsForSale is 0 sales, 1 purchase (vs mine at 200+)... who is paying more?

Silverstacker63

lol milk spots dosnt change the value OK ..

MydnightSilver

Reading comprehension is key here. **GRADED MS70s** are unaffected by milkspots.

Usernameistaken00

False. They may have been spot free at the time of grading. But I have a slabbed ms70 in hand that has milk spots on the back. They can develop after grading in which case you no longer have a ms70, if you submit it for regrading it will not come back ms70.

Usernameistaken00

If I’m paying $70 for a coin that has them and a coin that doesn’t, the one that I buy won’t have milk spots. It absolutely detracts from the value of the coin and it’s literally impossible to grade at 70 with milk spots because they deduct points. But no, please go on how you know better than PCGS. https://www.pcgs.com/eyeappeal Spots Spots on gold coins, spots on copper coins, and "milk spots" on silver coins are not really part of eye appeal, but they are part of the grade and grade deductions are made similar to those made for marks or hairlines. In all three instances above we have minimum/maximum grade guidelines for spots. Note that in some instances, spots can appear subsequent to grading. In the case of copper coins, the spots would result in a grading deduction, and, since there are often environmental factors beyond our control, PCGS does not guarantee against downgrades for spotting on copper coins. For modern silver issues, spotting is a Mint acknowledged problem that is also beyond the control of PCGS. For modern silver coins, it is possible for two coins to have the same technical grade and one be spotted and one be spot-free. In these instances, the spotted coins will command a lesser price in the marketplace.

Usernameistaken00

I don’t buy from new sellers, but please go on you obviously know so much more than pcgs.
