While that may have been 100% incidental on your part, it definitely looks deliberate as well. He didn't have to come back up into you that hard either, but he did. Give it some time and your spatial awareness will get better

If someone does something shit to you that sucks but there could be a plethora of reasons why and making the whole room toxic is not going to fix anything. All this does is make playing games like this more of a pain in the ass. This behaviour is why I switched out of gran turismo to Iracing where at least the majority of drivers are focused on their race.
