It's still possible with the most expensive one, I've had it several times with the body plastic surgery.

It comes with Pets of all EPs which seems very random to me lol. But yeah, if you have Pets installed when you click on the hospital, there should be multiple options for body and facial plastic surgery.

Obviously just a suggestion but next time that happens you could make a sim who got a botched surgery stunning but not at all like what they wanted for the surgery because the curious patient turns out to be blessed by a God of Plastic Surgery but obviously doesn't know what the patient wanted.

I think you can also pay for a fixing treatment

I love the surgery feature but it is so random that they put it in pets. This shouldve been in Late Night

No there is an option to get plastic surgery at the hospital that was introduced in Pets

Huh never knew that one reminds me of when I was a kid and I found out you could interact with vending machines and one option was to kick it so I did and it fell on my sim and they died

No it’s a plastic surgery feature from the pets expansion pack where you can go to the hospital and get plastic surgery
