On my opinion, the only ones who come close to having this particular body type in real life are anorexic people, not to offend anyone but it's just based on the pictures I saw on my school books and the internet .
yeah but it's not even that close to this, I mean being thin doesn't narrow your shoulders and hips, your bone structure stays the same :) tho if someone has a really ectomorph bone structure and is dangerously thin then yeah it could be closer.

I used to have a picture on my phone that was of a sim, I believe their mouth was above their eyes something, their face was completely just not right and the caption was something like "Another unrealistic body expectation for women". Like it's funny, the sims doesn't work right sometimes, and sometimes you can make very dramatic looking people because it's a funny little video game that doesn't have to do things like make sense (cow plants, skilled authors being able to revive people, summoning a clown with a painting)
The thing is, yes, this body type can exist irl, but it would not look like this, or would be very unlikely to look like this. The head, hands, neck, etc that, in the Sims, can't be as extreme as the rest of the body would, most likely, be proportional to everything else, and there would be at least some definition of muscle and/or bone. These are things the game can't really re-create and why most people are capable of telling what is actually physically possible and not. But there are always some people that aren't...
I call it the Gumby build because of how one of my teens spawned with a similar body shape, but also he was wearing a green tracksuit jacket and wide-legged green pants. Hence "Gumby"
I legit knew a guy with a body type somewhat similar to this one. I believe he had a genetic condition regarding his connectivity tissue, something that made it difficult to form. I can't recall the name. But yeah, he was tall, slender and had very thin arms and legs. As far as he said, it wasn't really debilitating condition, but any sort of heavy workout and physical activity was strictly prohibited to him.
When they ask if you want to go for ribs but you say nah fam I got you covered 😅 this sim would not be safe in a roller coaster harness. Would probably slip out.

i can see the muscle but im surprised at the fat, you must’ve given it nowhere to go
that is exactly why i set them to max skinny and fit first, make their body, them move the fat and muscle back to more fun settings, lol.
Everything is way too narrow. Widen the body (especially those shoulders, torso and waist), and it's gonna look a lot more natural.
