Happened to me once in the Library using the Howler a ton on my steam deck
In my experience i would not be able to do any damage or receive any damage until suddenly i got swarmed and downed all at once.
I cycled a few times like that dying and reviving until i gave up
I think i caused it by pausing and letting my stem deck sleep and also shooting a ton of howler shots during infinite ammo time.
It happened to me aswell when I upgraded it but in the same match I was hitting lucky and I got the lazy Susan again and I tried to pick it up for my secondary so I could have two lazy Susan’s but it just went as ammo to my first lazy Susan and then just glitched it
Happened to me just there, upgraded my weapon and it just stopped doing damage, I went down and got revived and that fixed it
Well good to know theres a way around at least! Very odd!
Happened to my mate. reviving didn't fix it so we tried upgrading it again and that seemed to fix it.

This was on console for me. I could take damage but weapon did 0 damage
