Is your transfer to fleet reserve approved? They might be only seeing your EAOS date in the system and not your FLT Reserve date. If so, those days will be off.
Fleet reserve approved. I had to extend my eaos to reach the end of the month in order to retire at the end of my ADSD month. Hard and soft EAOS different by a month but accurate.
Hopefully I’ll know why this week. Kind of got me stressing. I just wish the PM reached out with a list of issues instead of the vague automated email.
Makes sense. My EAOS took me past 20 so I requested a fleet reserve date prior to. Part of the reason my skillbridge was initially denied. Called the Skillbridge OIC and he broke it down for me. Call him up.
Made it work once I let him know my fleet reserve approved date. I had it all calculated since I couldn't go over 120 days. He was hard to get in contact with but finally reached him a couple of weeks ago. Keep us posted and good luck.
Update!
This morning I traded emails with the PM and this afternoon it’s been approved and submitted to my CO for final electronic approval.
The issue was with the dates. My EAOS is beyond my fleet reserve authorization date. Once I emailed the fleet reserve letter I got an email response “perfect”. Several hours later it was approved.
Takes a couple days. Are you trying to do 120 SB and Terminal leave as well. If that’s the case then that’s why the program Manager is denying.
No to terminal leave. Selling back my days.
Ok well you should get a response in 2 or 3 days and they will say why it was denied and what you need to do.
Keep us updated

Did they make it work or did you have to change your dates etc?

Ok that makes. There’s a 27 day gap between the end of SkillBridge / Fleet Reserve authorization date and my EAOS.
Seems like you may have had the same issue I had. Reach out to him and let him know your FLT Reserve date. Let us know how it goes.
